Maguire was relegated 4 times. They talk about him like he is Nesta, Chiellini or Baresi. He is a player doing well in a back 5. Wh? Because he isn't exposed there. In a 4 and especially in a ten Hag system, he has to play very high and this is absolutely not his game due to a lack of pace, bad positioning and very slow turning. He can play for Everton or Leicester or any team playing deep but not in a team playing with a high line. Doesn't matter who plays besides or in front of him

From what i've seen Ten Hag loves to turn the defence and midfield into utility players.
A jack of all trades if you will, so that if a reshuffle is needed due to injuries or a tactical change there are always options.
He did wonders with Daley Blind and a few others that could drop back to defend but also pass and cause a threat up front.
Very good coach who is looking to not only get the best out of the players but improve them.

Feel like he'd be a good singing for Tottenham who sit deeper but apart from that couldnt see him in a big 6 club, I don't hate maguire he's been shocking for us that last season but you never know whats going through people just look at the form Rashfords in and he was almost as bad last season aswell.
