I’ve been saying for years that McTominay was the problem in “McFred”. Fred was always doing two jobs in midfield next to him.
Disagree Ste, 3-0 was probably a fair result, we didn’t play amazing but xG was 2.48 – 0.89 and we had 22 shots. We also had 70% possession
Maguire gives off this energy that screams of impending disaster. I just feel uneasy. Maybe the horrors he weaved still haunts the memory. I don't trust him till tomorrow, thus I don't really blame Martinez being a bit shaky. Maguire was caught out on more than 4 occasions. His spreading passes were actually good and as shaky as he was w didn't concede a goal, that's the only positives I can take from Maguire.
I think the “sloppiness” aspect comes from the fact we clearly didn’t get out of 2nd gear. And once or twice Charlton caught us but I don’t recall Heaton making any spectacular saves.
Can Maguire play football? I don't think so. United must sale him.

I totally agree on the Martinez-Maguire duo not playing well last night.
Antony is so extremely one footed and almost never willing to take on defenders, that quality defenders will soon find him out, and that will make it easy for them to defend against him.
He really needs to develop and improve how he plays a lot.
He is extremely far away from the quality his price tag suggests at the moment.
Fred is always fizz. WW should bring some too when gets here with his pressing. I like players who don't let the opposition get comfortable.
Pellestri is one of the best in man u someone should let ten hag know that fact…he’s very skillful,dribbles,calm,collected, a very decent & a complete player indeed…we need him more in the first team.
yes it was sad that the starting 11 had to come finish the match, we must find a way to rotate players to rest them, Eriksen has heart issues and Casemiro is not 20 anymore!
Garnacho was man of the match for me, so much of our attacks went through him. He’s playing like I thought Antony would.
If you didn’t know about either of them and watched the game yesterday you would think Antony was the 18 year old and garnacho was the 22 year old

Martinez and Maguire should never start for United. I prefer Varane-Shaw in the meantime. We must sign a proper CB with the right height, power, positional awareness and tactical ability.

I think pellistri would be more suited to be a cam he doesn’t have loads of pace to be a winger he defo has a creative pass on him though cam role would be good
