That would have changed the dynamics of the game too. It is decisive in changing the progress of the game. Teams playing at such an elite level can have good halves and bad halves. The biggest issue is the tribalism from Howard Webb and other refs on the media backing it as the correct decision at the time. Even when we have seen similar incidents and we look at how the rule is written now will say that was a goal but them double downing on it being correct and just not apologising is ridiculous and incompetent as the moment this type of situation happens again and they give it the other way they just look like hypocrites and just keep digging a hole deeper and deeper and then people will just say this only pure corruption now and not just incompetence.
Football is starting to get really annoying to watch with the diving for penalties ,handball for penalties and goals disallowed for stupid reasons you honestly dont know whats gonna get given anymore.
