You can't say far from it without proof. U can question anything. Real Madrid is the gold standard in the transfer market. This is the kind of tranfer that hurts when we believe we're gonna get him then Real swoops in and gets him. Real is also in the process of rebuilding their midfield and no player is off the table. They beat us to Tchuameni when we were front runners and boy could we use him. Until Bellingham is in a Liverpool jersey the safe assumption is that real is in pole position.
I believe you when you say as long FSG pay the amount that we will get him. However, I donāt believe FSG will pay that amount. Furthermore, singing Gakpo, and Mathias Nunez link makes me think that they want to lessen the disappointment we will feel by singing these lesser targets.
