Manchester United target Mohammed Kudus “would love” a move to Old Trafford, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.

Kudus has enjoyed a fantastic season at Ajax as well as an impressive World Cup campaign that saw him shine despite Ghana failing to reach the knockout stages.
The 22-year-old has captured interest from the Premier League, with Everton and Liverpool most prominent amongst the list of parties monitoring him
According to The Telegraph in December, Kudus has appeared on United’s shortlist as an alternative to Jude Bellingham.
However, a move in January looks severely unlikely, with a price tag of over £35m reported by the Daily Star seemingly out of the reach of the Red Devils this month.
Nonetheless, O’Rourke told GiveMeSport that the Ghanaian would massively welcome the chance to play on the biggest stage at a club like United.
He said: “I think a club like Manchester United comes calling for you, you’re going to have to be interested in it. I’m sure Kudus would love that opportunity to join one of the world’s biggest clubs, he wants to play on the biggest stage possible.
“He showed he can rise to the occasion as he has done for Ajax in the Champions League this season as well as Ghana at the World Cup when he was arguably their best player.”
United’s public chases of Bellingham and Frenkie de Jong show that Erik ten Hag still wants to add more quality to the engine room following the arrivals of Christian Eriksen and Casemiro.
