Surely Shi has to go right? I’m Fosun out through and through, but let’s be real, they likely aren’t going. But it doesn’t take a football or business genius to see that Shi is doing a god awful job and absolutely destroying an asset of their business.
Even from a purely business sense, Fosun cannot justify not sacking Shi. Whether they invest or not, they should appoint someone else who actually knows football and can work with what little they offer, if for no other reason than just to protect their asset.

Well what a great idea it was getting rid of him for Vitors mate. Who knew it could have backfired? And we’d be left with no manager, no sporting director, and a bunch of shit players who only suited Vitors ‘system’.

Sack Hobbs after not backing him and hiring GON
Sack VP after giving him massive contract and selling all his best players (not learning anything from previous events). Giving him a contract after long period of doing poorly.
Sack Dominico Teti after giving him the keys to the castle and let him sign players that the recruitment team have no part in.
ALL IN UNDER A YEAR. IF I WAS THIS STUPID AT MY JOB I WOULD HAVE BEEN SACKED.
