Not a Chelsea but I both agree and disagree with the sentiment. Mount isn't someone Chelsea should be building around coz much like a Marco Asensio in Madrid's case he's a good player who's not consistent enough or can cement a role. But these players are usually very useful for squad depth and options. So I wouldn't go as far so to say sell, but I would lean towards Chelsea just need to sort of buy upgrades on him that way he ends up being a bench/rotation player naturally.
The only people that like Mason Mount are other Chelsea fans. They have the Man United syndrome that if a player plays for them and is just avarage they hype him up as world class.

Mount's advanced stats are diabolical. He's below average. He's never been good.
Tuchel's UCL-winning side were poor offensively, and Mount was part of that attack. The midfield (Ngolo Kante) and defence carried them massively. The attack always underperformed their XG massively but bc of how solid the defense was and Ngolo Kante being Super Saiyan, the attack survived. Jorginho winning that award is one of the worst things in football history.
I like Chillwell but he's average as a player. I don't know why Chelsea fans can't apply this same logic to Mount. Sell Pulisic. He's talented but it isn't working out at Chelsea. Mount and J5 are just clearly not good enough
