Very worried with this, 3 at the back needs your wing backs to do a lot. Ours are pretty poor. This was always going to be a really rough game but I think I am even less confident now. Hopefully I am proved wrong.
Also, good to see our £2.5 million centre back finally make the bench.

I can see why this team needs all the help it can get defensively, but our full backs are very weak & the players dropping out for this formation are our better players
Danilo & Chermiti for the Old Firm would be good so I suppose he’s testing that too
Time will tell whether this is the brave & flexible manager we have needed or trying to be too clever

That is a potentially highly flexible formation. Able to be a 3-4-3 in attack and 5-4-1 in defense with further potential to change easily if it’s not working.
