Foden is player that has to be left behind. Bellingham can play a role and stick to it. Palmer is brilliant, but there's not a spot for him. I'd argue there's hardly a spot for Kane, if Watkins is in electric form, but he's unstoppable as the captain. So it's saka and Gordon, the real conundrum is to balance that midfield around him dropping in.
I feel like out of all the players coming back from injury, for England, Bellingham is a good enough player to adapt to a system that is built around Kane though.
