Jesse Marsch’s half-time teamtalk for RB Salzburg vs Liverpool is incredible 🤯

  1. Wow – an American speaking something other than English! Amazing!
Great speech though, especially the way he mixed the languages. He was also upset but without being hysterical or throwing a hair dryer at anyone. Should be a good fit at Leeds, I don't imagine he will have too much trouble learnng a third language. : )

  2. Fucking great fucking, pep fucking fucking talk fucking Jesse fucking love your fucking style fucking, fucking great fucking word for fucking motivation fucking.

  3. Can someone dub this over in a Yorkshire to USA accent please be so funny! ALAW MOT 🙌🤍💛💙🇺🇸🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

  4. I'm pretty sure that here in the comments you know Antonio Cassano, a former italian footballer. Well, he said that Marsch is a bad coach just because once he arrived in Leeds he criticized Bielsa's trainings because all that work injured the players. That's the only reason, but I mean, this guy was 3-0 down at Anfield in the first half, he did this iconic speech and Salzburg almost draw the game, if there wasn't for Salah's goal. You must have balls for doing something like that, but in Cassano's opinion he's a bad coach😂

  5. His narrow high press system he is so fond of is killing Leeds at the moment. You need a team of top quality players to pull this off..players who have amazing close control..an understanding of each others movement, and the ability to get the ball into the net…otherwise you strangle yourself by squeezing a 21 players in the final third without the skills to work the ball. Of course you can keep trying and losing but you will probably be sacked before you make it work. No one wants to see a team sit back game after game or punt long balls either but Marsch doesn't seem to know what to do. Under Biesla we were equally fragile on the counter but we could at least pass and move as a unit..We were just crap at finishing. Marsch is a nice bloke but out of his depth in the prem sadly.
