      I’d love to hear from both Gerrard and Muscat to find out exactly why. I think we all know it’s down to the recruitment process and Thelwell deciding who to buy, but until we hear that directly from any of the managers involved it’s basically just hearsay

      Better the devil you know. The old board had the Club at heart. A little more patience and understanding from folk. We’d have had those big sales in the Summer with a more competent Koppen recruiting.

      We fans need to go all out and force Thelwell, Stewart, Purdy and their mates/family out.

      Cavenagh must surely see now what the common denominator is with the 3 leading candidates pulling out. If he can’t then it doesn’t bode well for the club in the longer term. Get fkn Thelma and Louise out!

      Best thing for the board to do now is a full reset of footballing operations. Thelwell and Stewart need to go as well as everyone they have employed. Start again, seasons fucked anyway which is criminal in itself but they need to stop the bleeding immediately. There has to be more competent people out there to handle the day to day running than these 2.

      Thought I couldn’t get more scunnered that the Gerrard rejection but here we are. Amateur clubs are ran better. These 2 cunts need chased and the fans need to take action now, they are not welcome in Glasgow anymore. Costing us 3 potential managers is enough, the board has to see it or we’re well and truly fucked.

      Just as I was writing this, it’s confirmed that Muscat has pulled out over concerns over control of recruitment, with the club trying to spin it as concerns with him wanting to finish the season in China. Fuck Thelwell and fuck Stewart, they simply want a yes man

      Do we know if it was muscat or the compensation that was the issue? My guess is that there is no money to get a manager who’s already in work.

      I’m interested to see why this has happened twice in a week. The owners were supposed to be dealing with the new appointment, so not really sure why we’re seeing their work collapse in seemingly the same way again.

      Imagine the most bitter Celtic fan you can think of.       What’s that theory about never assuming something is a conspiracy when incompetence is possible?

      At this point I need to be convinced this isn’t corporate sabotage. I refuse to believe people this incompetent could end up being in charge of Rangers. And if so, why haven’t I been appointed to the board ? I’m quite confident in my incompetence level and I could easily contribute towards this shambles.
