He wants to express himself and he wasn’t being rude as far as I can tell from this clip but Frank gently guided him away and was respectful both to Palhinha, who I am sure he will speak to later, as well as the match officials. Regardless of whether they deserve it or not Frank is one for discipline and all round this small clip also shows the integrity of Frank and his man management skills.

He should have grabbed the ball from the back of the net and run back to put it the centre spot.
