  1. When the going gets tuff the kids run away, your gonna make it cause laliga ass, but I will never support you again for leaving man u at this time, instead of acting your age u act like your 18 still shamefully to have defended you all these years

  2. Marcus is a great player though he had hard times at OT as he wanted to quit since longtime he will proove the world that he really deserved thiery henri's number.

  3. Rashford will be surrounded by a lot of top players at Barca and, unlike United, Barcelona go into almost every game they play as the favourites, as they're clearly better than almost every one of their opponents on paper.

With that in mind, I think Rashford will do pretty well at a level more suited to him and I'm quite hopeful he'll never come back to United!

I was amused to hear somebody say United should remember the good times. What good times? 🙂

How often has Rashford looked like a world-class player and how often has he been in great form for a number of games in a row in the decade or so since he made his debut for United?

People say he was great in 22-23 but that just isn't true!

Yes, his goal tally at the end of that season looked good but in terms of his performances, he certainly didn't have a brilliant season.

He was poor in all but a couple of games before The World Cup, then played well for most of the next two months(mostly in cup games) and then went back to being poor again at the end of February '23 and basically hasn't had a decent game for United since!

I've just had a quick look back at some of my old comments, so I can reiterate the fact that Rashford being poor for United isn't something that's only happened over the past year or two.

This is from 2019 and it's in reply to some journalists saying Rashford is England's future number 9:

"These brown-nosing journalists are just so out of touch with the fans and with reality."

"All fans will tell you that Rashford has been poor for at least two years and shouldn't be anywhere near the England team."

"Football writers still go on about Rashford being a top player who's far too good for United but if he'd come through the ranks at Newcastle and had played like he has since 2017 started whilst at that club, he definitely wouldn't be playing for England now and he probably would've been sold to a Championship side in the summer!"

"I've literally never heard a journalist say a bad word about Rashford." "What exactly do they see when everybody else sees his terrible shots, terrible control, terrible passes, terrible free-kicks etc?"

This is also from 2019 and it's a comment on a video where guests on Sky are asked if Rashford is good enough for United:

"It's ridiculous that people are even asking that question after the way he's played over the past couple of years!"

"He's basically a League One player with pace!"

    I added this in 2021:

"There was me thinking he'd been bad between late 2017 and late 2019!"

"He's been absolutely awful in the two years since I wrote my last comment on here!"

"So he's been mostly terrible for a good four years now but, no doubt, the media will still keep saying he's a world-class superstar!"

Finally, this is from the start of 2021 and it's a comment I left on a video called "Marcus Rashford reflects on his sensational five-years since 'bursting onto the scene'"

"Let's be honest, it's been diminishing returns every year since he burst onto the scene as a youngster who looked like he could be a great player in the future."

"He was pretty good in his first year in football, average in his second year, below average in his third, poor in his fourth and, in the main, he has been absolutely terrible since last June!"

"I really can't see him ever becoming the great player people thought he could become."
