Mike Ashley has the right idea with zero hour contracts. Stop giving these guys 3/4 year deals until they prove themselves. David martindale for example… great manager. Why don’t we start headhunting in Barlinnie BEFORE they get released. That’ll give us a head start.

Really isn’t a vote of confidence in Beavis and Butthead that the owners are leading the charge, I suspect they’re on a shoogly peg too

A lot of gerrards signings were championship players and so are martins so he might be able to get something out of the squad

Wouldn’t be my first choice but I think he’d be well backed with transfers and bring back standards.
