Spanish, Barcelona, and Inter Miami legend Sergio Busquets is set to retire after a 17-year career. The former 2010 World Cup, Euro 2012, and Champions League winner achieved a lot during his long career, including being part of Pep Guardiola’s Barcelona dynasty alongside Lionel Messi, Xavi, and Andrés Iniesta, as well as being a key member of Spain’s Golden Generation that won three consecutive international titles.

In my opinion – one the most underrated midfielder to ever play the game. One of my personal inspirations as a midfielder. Great vid as always..

Busquets is the #1 defensive mid of the 2000s. All-time he's Top 3 alongside Matthaüs and Rijkaard.
