  1. I love that Flick shows no favoritism! Kounde, Raphina and now Rashford all got the same treatment, come late and you will start the match at the bench. It kills the “ego” in players which is only positive! 🫡

  2. ESPN FC discusses Hansi Flick benching Marcus Rashford for tardiness before Barcelona's win, Harry Kane's hat-trick for Bayern Munich, Christian Pulisic's strong performance for Milan, and various other European football highlights including the Rome derby.

  3. I'm glad people are pointing out that Rashford is not the only player on squad that's been late, Flick had some difficulty with Kounde the first half of last season with the team rules and the transition of how he didn't show favoritism for individualism the squad was going to be a unit.

  4. Flick is a fair and just manager. If you perform well, he gives you more time i.e. Eric, Martin. If you arrive late, you get benched i.e Koundé, Rapha, Rashy

  5. This was totally justified. I mean Raphinha was just benched about a week or so ago. Kounde was benched a few times as well. Flick is in control, not the players, which is why there is not chaos like at some other clubs.

  6. So the week before raphinha came late and didn't play . How come this wasn't a headline ? Some weeks before kounde reach late And got the same treatment . How come this wasn't a headline ? … People are very very nasty minded and hateful. They purposely want to attack rashford

  7. You guys are so shameless. He was benched, but yet he played.. He had two shots on target or more and more than 4 successful dribbles, and provided an assist for the 3rd goal. Yet your bitter-hateful selves can come to the point of talking about good things on Rashford, its only the bad and negative you want to project. Silly weak racial driven channels

  8. Juls thought Marcus Rashford being 2 minutes late for team talk was more important than the match? Really? ESPN definitely need to get rid of some of these muppets

  9. Even without Gab they still try to add some sort of negativity. Rashford came late so what? He’s gotten the punishment and he’s playing so why is this news? Just after talking about Barca’s win for 2 seconds they switched to bashing Rashford. Thinking that with Gab absent, we’d see Jules actually impose his positive self more, I’m shocked he’s the one bringing up the lateness thing

  10. Flick is a strict boss. Don't show up to work late and you won't be penalized. I'm sure Rashford wont take it personal since this has also happened to Rapha and Kounde, and I'm sure anyone else that wants to show up late too.

  11. I genuinely believe he was late on purpose, what I mean by that he had a lot of expectations in Man Utd “the next Ronaldo” when he scored the brace and a banger! He didn’t want people to put pressure on him again so he was late so he can ease himself into the pressure
