I want to buck a trend here and say that I can see what Ange is trying to do, it has come on a lot in a short amount of time. The goal/own goal was unlucky, but I can see where we are heading. Compared to what I am used to at Forest, especially under Cooper, this is light years better, even if the result doesn't prove me right. Just using the eye test. Players are triangulating even in defence. I just hope that once into full play that our defenders being better than those of Tottenham will mean that we will be more successful.

Honest question, I noticed alot of long range shots were taken in this match. Was this done due to the weather? ๐ค Had a Stake bet on us winning this one and cant help but feel like we would have won it if we played more passing oriented. Thought long range efforts were frowned upon by the coaches due to giving away possession?

I was a fan of Nottingham Forest when they were under Brian Clough. Forest won the European cup twice in a row, now it's known as Champions league beating Hamburg and Malmo respectively.
