Hey, that was my very first stadium visit. I was sitting there in my Del Piero jersey and cried because Hamburg just wouldn’t stop scoring. I think I broke down when Kovac scored the temporary lead for HSV.

I’m surprised Kovac didn’t remember this (or did he bring it up in the press conference)? He only said he doesn’t believe many teams have managed to score 4 goals in Turin – which is true, only happened once in the CL (Bayern won 4-1 in 2009).

holy shit, I don’t remember this? is that Leeds screamer-merchant Tony Yeboah, and goalkeeper Hans-Jorg Butt on the scoresheet there, as well as Niko, for Hamburg? and a little research also tells me they won 3-1 in Turin!
