I’m not a Barca fan, but this guy has been horrible, and I mean horrible past few years. He refused to sign the documents and Barca has every right to treat him this way.
Ter Stergen’s performances and attitude has both been horrible. What sort of leader would come out of injury and wanted to start in a champions league semi final, once he was told he won’t start then he decided not to travel with the team. He can stay and miss the world cup or move
She is reporting from the perspective of Barcelona. Barcelona wants to gutter him and Ter Stegen is standing on his ground.
Why are these guys talking like barca is trying to sell off ter stegen in the black market for money. He just needed to sign some documents that proves his absence due to injury, that needs to be submitted to laliga. He's the one throwing tantrums.
Really bad reporting once again from her. She is reporting what the club is saying without putting into context ter-Stegen situation and the fact that Barcelona wants to claim he will be out for at least 3 months(that allows the club to register players) and he is saying that is not correct. It is Barcelona’s responsibility to create cap space to register the players, it should not be up to tricks and a player injury. Very poor reporting.

Inigo was at Barcelona before the arrival of Hansi Flick. Flick made him a better and he’s 34 so yes it’s a loss but I’m sure Flick will sort it out. Christensen is Barcelona’s best defender when he’s fit and other options are Cubarsi, Kounde, Araujo. I have seen Flick experimented Gerard Martin at centre and it seems he’s more comfortable playing centre , Eric Garcia is also an option for both centre back and right back. Don’t worry Cules Flick will make something work to compensate Inigo’s absence.

Barcelona's treatment of Ter Stegen feels unfair, considering his years of loyalty, leadership, and sacrifice, especially during the club’s financial crisis. Stripping his captaincy over a recovery timeline disagreement, while trying to maneuver around salary regulations, sends the wrong message. He still has three years on his contract and every right to stay. A club should respect players who stood by them in hard times, not pressure them out when it's no longer convenient. Barça risks damaging its legacy with him.
Barca just want his wages off the books. And are doing anything to push him out. Simple..

The same thing they did to de jong, every year they see a player with high wages they wanna kick them out make a propaganda against the player saying that they are hurting the club. Such a disgusting behavior for a disgusting club
Why are players joining Barcelona? Do they not see how Barcelona treats players? How they can’t register players or pay salaries?
Root cause here:
There are two causing chemistry on this. First, I would mention simple cause, ter stegen side.
1. Ter stegen wants wc2026. But German national football has said to him that he has to play high-level football and has to prove, then he will be the goalkeeper for Germany otherwise someone else. That's why he wants to stay.
But situation 2 is like a deeply active volcano. Very intense fight. Here's what happened:
Ter got injured badly. Barca needs a strong goalkeeper. Scezney appointed. The transfer window was running, but no club was interested in an injured goalkeeper, and also, ter stegen unregistered in laliga playing squad. So he was on vacation type situation.
After four months, he came back. But Barca already signed garcia, and rashford. Barca needed enough money to register these two. Barca was planning to register with the money that has been reserved due to stegen's 4 months vacation. And, laliga has a rule that states,"If a player stays out for 4 months, club will liable only 10% salary according to the contract of the player." So Barca was planning to register new signings with that money.
But ter stegen posts on Instagram saying "he will be out for only 3 months." Even though he was out for 4 and half months. Barca said, "Why did you post this before we say something?"
Barca went to laliga and said, "Please don't approve that Instagram post from stegen." Laliga said,"ok. Posts on Instagram would never be an official. But provide us ter stegen's medical report signed by doctors and patient, so you could use money.
Barca asked medical staff for the report, and the medical staff said, "ok, take it. But bring the patient's signature first so we could give you the report."
But ter stegen denied to sign.

All the problems started during the return legs against Inter Milan. He wanted to play, but the coach said no because he was just coming from an injury. Due to the coach decision, he refused to travel with the team to support while others injury players did travel to give support.
After that action, he got into problem with the coaching team

This is so awkward! Why is Barca signing players they cannot register… you are supposed to clear out your team before bringing new players. They wanted to bully Terstegen and now have put him out to the public so that everybody can lash him!!! They should call him and smoothen things over
Barca's mgt decisions are a mess…Szcesny didn't have be re-signed after end of his contract even if he was a certain golden boot winner…. Iniaki Pena (who is registered) could've easily taken the vacant spot until when. Garcia's is sorted…. Roony, Martin, and Bernal are B team players… Only Rashford Ann's Garcia should be the topics of registration issues…. However, how the heck is Atletico capable of registering more than 10 signings without significant sales?
