I used to like Lees opinions but in recent times he seems to fail to speak the truth Martinelli is awful, this is the embodiment of what is wrong with Arsenal. Fabregas said it in one interview. Players these days don't play with flair anymore. They are too controlled. Managers try to copy Guardiola that they forget what it's like to enjoy football. I think Arteta for the past two seasons is doing the same.

I've been an Arteta fan but I do believe the performance of the players is base of what he is managing them. When Marinelli burst unto the scene stagnated. You can see the indecisiveness when he is running at the defenders. Have all these players who can go to the other team, but they are playing this dull pass, pass back and forth all this position and don't score, and the other team get one or opportunities, and they score. As Lee said play to the strength of the team ARTETA needs to change or Bertha better fire his ass.
