He's not going to be starting in the big games. In a squad of 23 or 26, not everyone is going to play. So it's important to have someone in the squad who's a leader and will keep standards high in training as the starting players recover.

I've never listened to Rob Dorsett after he got the Leicester City and Nigel Pearson sacking so wrong a few years ago. Trusts 'his sources' and never says anything constructive.
