Malaysians' defense are REALLY REALLY good, but they doesn't counter attack much when defending, rather kept lifting (good to tire the opponents). But unlike them, the Koreans really pushing the rally, taking on chances to counter and attack and keep it going relentlessly. I think that's what differentiate these 2 top pairs, even though both pairs's defenses are AMAZING. =]
LYD wasted so many opportunities by smashing right into the opponents' racquets. A little placement & variation would have helped their offence a lot. I mean, he already knew he wasn't a power player, why keep blasting shots to the center of the court?
