You don't admit your weakness as a manager in that you don't know the true quality of a player that plays under you. What a stupid thing to say. I wouldn't expect anything less from this manager
the idea that Grealish somehow "lost form" or became a bad player is not actually based in reality.. he won the Treble, played well.. but the season before that he was never played as much as he could have been. Then after the treble year Pep started to bench him and he had a few minor injuries.. and then he never got a regular run of games. But City rarely ever lost a game when he played and he always looked the part when he did play. I think the idea that he lost form is just inventing facts to fit the observation, the real issue is understanding Pep who is an absolute tinkerman.
Definitely sign Jack permanently, hes nearly 30 but he doesnt rely on pace. His football IQ is second to none and can see a good 4-5 years in him at this level which is well worth 50m if thats the true option fee

We need a RB who can get up the pitch to create more space for ndyie the same as mykolenko can do for grealish. Branthwaite back in this side with an attacking full back and we will finish in european places 100%

I don't think you can fault the effort of the players i think the passes for them wolves goals were very good (by the way) nobody will be happy conceding 2 goals but I think there were very good signs from all the players. Looks like they are enjoying playing particularly jack and kdh who haven't had much game time last season. Grealish is better than I thought he was too and so is Kdh and those 2 have let ndiaye off the leash a bit as defenders now have more to worry about not just him. Oh and ndiaye is better than most people think he is (including me and I thought he was good.) 3 points again only an unfair penalty decision meant we got nothing from the Leeds game…we'll done lads you can actually see watching you all that everyone is enjoying their football and it shows on the pitch
What he's saying is very true but also very helpful for players like Jack. Moyes is saying all the right things to build confidence and in turn make the players want to give him everything they can. He's the complete opposite to Pep, he's got compassion and understanding of people and human emotions and it'll get much more out of the lads than just screaming and raging like Pep does.
We need a right back priority kean and tarky are a car crash together they are both lacking in concentration and physically and inconsistance and when iether one is off it spreads through the team like wild fire
