The referee was hired to manage last year's Gala-Fenerbahce derby at Fenerbahce's request and has close ties with the president of Fenerbahce!! Benfica's second goal cancellation might be one of the weirdest decisions recently. Funny enough, the only goal was scored by a player from Gala who is about to transfer to Fenerbahce with a record salary lol
