Mate…there were a couple of stories about us and Wissa, I think sly sports even had it on their app, briefly. Don't hold me to that but I think that there were a couple of stories but nothing since.

Im going with the Palace-Madrid(Konate)- Liverpool (Guehi) love triangle is all be agreed. I'd imagine that the stumbling block appears to be the reported differential in asking prices, there's no way (even with the English Tax on Guehi) that he costs £17m more than Ibou.
LFC won't go for Wissa, he's too old
Konate's off and Guehi coming, they're just haggling over transfer fees. There's no way there should be a £17m difference as is being reported in the media.

Dunc, a lot of this Konate stuff seems plausible. His performance on Friday night was probably the worst I have ever seen and he just looked all over the place in his mind. Has his head been turned by the madrid gangsters OR has he been trying to use them to get more money out of us. If it is the latter, he clearly underestimated Hughes & Edwards, nobody tries to pull a flanker on Mikey Edwards. We appear to have called his bluff on this one OR he wants Madrid, either way, if he is going to continue playing like he has been, we need Guehi and we need him now. What's your thoughts on this mate ?

I’m not sure about anybody else but without Virgil, Konate has looked all over the place and not very good at all he doesn’t seem interested which may mean he is on his way. I wouldn’t be that upset I really don’t rate him over the last 6 months been shocking for me

What about Jason Stansfield at Birmingham … Try and turn his head . I know Jason he started his career at the other St James Park a really nice guy and a very good player with lot's of energy.
