      It's still waaaay too early to say Arsenal are favourites for the title. We're not even halfway through the season. Never forget Newcastle under Kevin Keegan.

      HOW MANY F***** MORE TESTS DOES THIS ARSENAL SIDE NEED? IF WE LOSE THE TITLE THEN WE LOSE! AND IF WE WIN THEN WE WILL WIN! Jesus! We are a test for Newcastle, not the other way around. We are SEVEN points clear off the table. Just take a look at our record against Newcastle. They are nothing more than just 3 points for us, if we win tonight.

      What I hate is how an average team just suddenly discover their whack mojo against the gunners. Anyway, we just gotta get the job done cuz Newcastle will play boogeyman football. Gunners got this though

      Why it always comes down to money. The back-four of Tripps, Botman, Schar, Burn cost less than Ben White. Pope was for peanuts from Burnley rather than over 30 mil for Ramsdale. The Midfield three cost less than Thomas Partey. The front-three (ASM, Wilson, Miggy) cost less than Arsenal's Pepe, which they offloaded.

      Can't talk for all Toon fans but I was absolutely thrilled to get Howe, its BS to say he was 5th choice. Even Bruce mocked the locals for wanting Howe to replace him. I remember an interview Howe did when he was at Bournemouth and was massively impressed by his character and attention to detail. Was only concerned about his ability to sort out the defence, but he's made it the best in the league!

      I don't think Pep "regrets" giving Arteta Jesus and Zinchenko, I think he knew very well the potential of both players but knew he would be wasting it if he kept them at City where their contributions will be undermined compared to Haaland, Alvarez and Ake. Pep knew he was making a big decision letting these players go, but he knew he'd be selfish and jeopardize Jesus and Zinchenko if he kept them without a prominent role for them in his overall plan.

      Newcastle have a solid defence. I think the first team to score will win this one and there will be plenty of yellow cards and possibly a red.
      The one thing that Arsenal will be aware of is that Newcastle start incredibly fast with a high press and they enjoy getting early goals.
      Two heavy weights slugging it out – is there a better game tonight? I think not!

      Auba was actually very popular in the Arsenal dressing room fyi which I think made it an even harder decision to make for Arteta.

      Arsenal will win this match I can bet on it. The arsenal team that lost to new castle and the arsenal team now are totally different. Huge respect to New castle but bigger credit to Arteta and his players

      NUFC fan here. Both teams are right up there on form. We have a castle of a defence and we can score plenty of goals. However arsenal are the same so it’s gonna be a tough game. Arsenal are rightly favourites in this game and we have nowt to lose.

      United had the class of 92, arsenal now got the class 22 best young side in the country ,will grow into the bes sides in Europe over the next few years , arteta has awoken a sleeping giant

      No pressure on us (newcastle) to get anything from this game arsenal’s side is better and we’re punching above our weight atm due to great coaching and players effort. Also 99% of newcastle fans were over the moon with eddie howe, we literally would of took anyone over bruce.

      This is toughtest match for Arsenal, I am 100% confident ARS forwardss and Midfielders so it is a goalkeeper(Ramsdale) and back 4 who are supposed to stay calm and careful.

      I can’t stand Arsenal fans all you do is moan when things don’t go their way and then when the other time like now with the plane quite well do you think they’ve got a God-given right to be the best team on planet Earth I mean these three mugs can’t even give Eddie a little bit of praise for his man management without “don’t forget Arteta has as well” they all seem to think they know what was Newcastle fans wanted as well and even that they’ve got totally wrong
