Didn't get to watch the match so not sure why Arteta is shouting at Howe over the penalty claim. Surely it's the VAR guy he should be venting his frustrations at.
Not a handball but definitely a pull on the shirt but then again same could be argued when burn had his pulled first half too ,happy with a point to keep us in 3rd
