Bayern are weighing up a bid for Christopher Nkunku. The Frenchman has interest from other clubs, but Bayern are keen and so is he. Chelsea are determined to sell Nkunku rather than loan him out. A return to his former club RB Leipzig is currently not on the cards [MrDomSmith]

Why Nkunku over Simons? If so hopefully just a loan
Nkunku played his last good game when he still was in Leipzig, only a loan deal where chelsea would pay some part of the wage i would accept.
How often/long was he out because of various injuries over the last three seasons? An entire year all together? Please just don’t.
Our bad decision making, over the past three years and transfer windows, the majority of it, doesn’t seem to be just a trend.
Eberl deserves a lot of criticism if it goes through which I hope not. He is a completely washed up player and injury prone. He is nowhere near the level he once was at Leipzig. I don’t understand what Eberl sees in him that we don’t.
I don’t mind this. Nkunku is cheaper than Simons and at this point in his career he might be better suited for a rotational role whereas Simons is looking to be a starter. While Musiala is out Simons would get plenty of minutes but what happens when Musiala returns? Nkunku is cheaper, Bundesliga proven, and would be a good rotational option for Diaz/Musiala. He’s not too old and can regain form
Only a loan makes sense. This will probably be one done on deadline day.
No, please no. Aging, injury prone, expensive. What is even the point.
It’s not my dream transfer, but if this means our talents get some minutes and we don’t pay Stuttgart, I’m ok with this. I really believe we have at least 3 or 4 talents who can make it here.
Nkunku for a year and next summer try Woltemade again. Why not
