I agree with you 100% percent Craig we need to be the more aggressive and proactive when making transfers and signings instead of reacting when other clubs are the more proactive and trying to sign great players. We did it when we signed

I agree that we need a new midfielder but our problems won’t be solved by someone new coming in. That goal and disallowed goal for Brentford yesterday…2 attackers completely unmarked in the box, acres of space, plenty of time to shoot…WTF?! The problem is much deeper then signing one midfielder… With a squad more tired and non energetic then a sleeping bear at winter time. Liverpool need 3 to 4 young hungry high quality midfielders. Amrabat, Bellingham is just 2 to mention but it needs to be at this level. Then there is a defence line who is cracking in every game. Trent needs to be benched and even Van dijk…Its a joke how they defend…you win matches on good attacking skills but you win titles and silverware on a brilliant defence….
