      Like the price or hate the price, this is an absurd setup if we have Eberl negotiating only to get overruled by the board.

      For me this is a fair price, considering his wage and injury record. Not sure how much they want, maybe 5mil more is realistic nothing more.

      30mil is not enough for him.

      I would say 45mil – 50mil is a better price for him.

      My reason is that because Darwin Núñez went for 53mil, then 45mil -50mil sounds reasonable.

      That’s a reasonable price to a European club but seeing what others have gone to Saudi for we should be aiming for around 50 at least so I can kind of see why the board was pissed

      Bayern won’t be able to sell him. Calling it now, he will stay with Bayern, get injured in like 2-3 months and stay off the pitch for most of the season

      It’s a culture issue within the Bayern offices. Having a person in charge of certain functions do things and then ask afterwards if it’s ok is insane and inefficient. I don’t understand how this process didn’t go like:

      Eberl and the Saudi club start negotiations. He gets an offer, pushes a bit and see where they’re willing to go. When he thinks its about as far as it will go, or pushing more would jeopardize something, he pauses negotiations and includes whoever in the Board deals with this. They come to an agreement on a strategy. he gets back to negotiations and employs the strategy. Rinse/repeat. Done.

      Instead its this amateurish sh1t.

      This now makes total sense as to why we were linked with 783949037090 players and the level of interest was vastly different depending on who at Bayern they asked – its because they are all doing their own random shit.

      This is embarassing. You cant confirm a deal with al nassr and then the board disagrees.

      I believe in Eberls abilitys. Olise, Bischoff, Tah, Urbig. I think the board interferes with him too much. You cant work like this.
