They should ask him why he's been so rubbish at defending in recent months. What the team needs first of all is a new, quality CB – to put pressure on Van Dijk and Konate and to be there if one of them gets injured or suspended.
Vandik and Konate have a very bad way of playing and that is, they’re both very slow on the ball. They hang on the ball too much, always pointing fingers when they’re with the ball. They both have a very slow pace as well and that’s not good for our defense.
