      if anyone mocks him to move to Saudi Arabian league he doesn't know the what CR7 was. I am huge Messi fan. Problem is he is getting mocked for his comments and kind of mocking others who went to play outside Europe top leagues. he was so full of himself in his prime he didn't consider his declining period. One's physicality has a limit no matter how fit u r. CR7 already go beyond physical limit but that has an end too. In his age no top club will build around him even if he was as good as 2021 in 2022. And he couldn't accept it. Club is always bigger than one player.
      PS. CR7 isn't come close to Messi. Messi is way better player (not scorer)than CR7.

      He is a hypocrite, mocking others and calling them irrelevant when he did exactly as them. He lost his dignity, he sold himself for money like a prostitute.

      $200 million in the bank and nothing else to prove in Europe just for people to keep talking about Messi's WC win. Nah, what he said in 2015 doesn't matter because the teams in Europe didn't want to sign him, so instead of bending the knee by riding the bench while they still use his image to make money, he took his talent elsewhere to play out his final years trying to build up football in another part of the world. People act as if this guy isn't the GOAT of Champions League, hadn't won a Euro for his home country, and never dominated in 3 different top European football leagues. The only blemish on his club record was not winning CL for Juventus, but they were able to get everything else domestically and he picked up individual awards as Best Player and Top Scorer to go along with his accomplishments in PL and La Liga.

      The man has done everything he can do there, but in the end, they want him to ride the bench in Europe, instead of playing somewhere else as a starter to end his career? Who cares if the Saudi league is lesser tiered than Europe when he has already done all you can do in Europe. All he had left was to keep adding to his records to keep Messi from breaking them, but it doesn't matter now. The WC has sealed the deal with the media proclaiming Messi as the GOAT and if Ronaldo doesn't play meaningful minutes on a European club, what is the point in staying? He won't be able to post any significant goals with only 30-40 mins of playing time, so he had to leave and chase new adventures while getting paid what he is worth. What he said in 2015 was a situation that he didn't want to face given the kool aid he was drinking concerning European football. Well, if he plays well with Al Nassr and gets more trophies while bringing in big business to the region and himself, he will be extremely happy and his career will end just fine.

      Playing for AlNassr is Ronaldo's way to get back to the EPL. Next year, should Newcastle finish top 4, Ronaldo will be loaned out to the team. Another possibility is an Arab purchase of Manu United. Guess what happens then?

      We never know, Newcastle may play CL next year. They got connection with Saudi, Newcastle may want to hire Ronaldo just to raise their profile. Ronaldo is a beast, he can strive in certain system and play at the top level. All the best to CR7!!!

      Ronaldo talks so much crap bro, and he’s so obsessed with being the best. I respect guys like Messi who always puts the team first before himself. I heard about his support to Emi Martinez in the 2021 Copa America. Messi plays for the team, Ronaldo is just too much about himself.
