      I think the comments made by the host are not necessarily fair to Mikel and the Arsenal. They literally played the first half with their second team, with only 4 of their starting 11 in the likes of Bukayo Saka, Martinelli, William Saliba, and David Raya. It was also Victor Gykores' first start of the season since he signed for the club. In the second half, it was also a makeshift team. They have just made 6 new signings. These friendlies are very good trial runs for the players and the manager to see whether the various permutations would work out in an actual game. Hence, the results of these friendlies have no implication whatsoever. I am sure in the last friendly against Athletic Bilbao, we would have a better assessment of this current Arsenal team. Having said that, I personally do have concerns about their left wing position. It looks extremely unlikely that Mikel Arteta can rely on Gabriel Martinelli on the left side. As long as Martinelli is there, this would be our greatest flaw in the team. He has issues dribbling pass defenders, and his crosses never seemed to find his teammates. Mikel Arteta has to fix this issue before the close of the transfer window. Otherwise, they will not be able to compete for the title.

      ARTETA has no tactics…..no plan b……and that is worrisome.
      Comparing to Anne slot Liverpool.
      ARTETA is still learning on the job….and arsenal does not need a coach as such…..
      This Arsenal club had suffered bcos of the ownership (kronke s)
      Arsenal always disrespect their target men in the transfer window.And such behavior bores down to those players not taken the club serious.

      Thomas Partey ..great player , when he’s fit he’s excellent , we can mark everyone’s words , your not wrong , but what were Arsenal supposed to do when TP might well end up behind bars 🙈..It was taken out of Arsensls hands ..Big loss !

      Arsenal appear to have about 8 coaches sitting on the bench at every game what the fuck there doing all week god only knows cause the end product on the pitch in matches especially in the creative play department is pretty poor

      I get the feeling we are not serious. We have Manchester United,Leeds,Liverpool,Nottingham Forest,Manchester City and Newcastle all in August and September. Why sign a Striker Gyokores and not feed him. We lack creativity upfront and 9 days to start of EPL we are still discussing Eze and Rodrygo. How do we see things . The league should always start with all your major players in. We mess those 6 starting games and could as well wait another season
