As far as I’m concerned this season is pushing for the title and possibly winning a trophy. I think we all need to face facts and acknowledge the fact that other teams ie Liverpool and Arsenal and possibly even Chelsea have caught up to us in regards to squad depth and quality.
Nah we still need a better quality center back to challenge for Dias’s spot.
Dias’s was good for three seasons but his reading of the game has gone and based on the football we play, if he’s the last defender we are screwed. We are so easy to play against on the counter BUT if he has someone that was challenging for his spot you will get a better performance out of Dias.
Essentially what we did when we bought Ortega and Ederson stepped up during the treble season.
Guys your forgetting we have kolo toure a defensive coach with top experience , this season we will defend better .
