Mane hasn’t really been challenged in this game yet, but he seems pretty calm and collected. I’d be happy if he stays injury-free in the long term and helps as another option in central defense.
It could be that they are for once trully fit, but i think that this kind of hardcore pressing isn’t sustainable for the whole season especially with such a small squad.

We still have some troubles on how to play it in the final third and when to look for the shot but its really good so far.
Defense hasnt really been tested but really hope Mane stays with the Main Team.

Hell of a clearance by Mane I want this guy to succeed so badly he just needs to stay healthy. Hopefully he just hurt his back a bit it’s almost half time so he’ll be subbed anyway.

Honestly, Im convinced by Mané. I dont really see any area where he looks like a junior and he even looks very good in important areas like build-up, anticipation and composure. Wouldnt hate him being a bench-option fulltime

Benkara’s physical profile is interesting but his decision making isn’t that good, which to be fair is exactly what you’d expect from an 18 year old CB. Still is incredibly promising, I want him to play every minute for the U23s, just not a single minute for the first team lol
