  1. Disgusting treatment. The image the fa created on this player, costing him a move to man city. They destroyed the trajectory of his career completely. You cant investigate something like this unless ur 100000% sure there is a guilty charge worth persuing. I just want to know what the fa's reasoning is and what they will say about the outcome

  2. The FA should have a time limit on these things. If they can't present evidence and charge someone within 12 months then any charges should automatically be dropped regardless.

    That's plenty of time

  3. What about the phone.
If hes not guilty what can come out?
    Nothing.
They gave phone back aftwr a year?
    He bought a new phone.
They gave phone back. He didnt need it .they then asked for it back. He didn,t have it. So theyve charged him for it.
Wtf are these clowns doing. Sue them….

  4. Love to see the legal fees for this and the city charges that the FA could have to pay . If the City thing doesn’t go away the Arabs will be adding a massive libel action to the bill for defamation . Mental .

  5. The time taken is a joke, the evidence was almost non-existent. The still trying to make up the reasons why this has taken so long and has made the FA look ridiculous, which it undoubtedly is.

  6. The problem with West Ham is they are playing against a premier league team and the officiating. So many diabolical referees decisions against West Ham when playing in a game has been going on since the 60s.

  7. He wasn’t found not guilty or cleared. It was found ‘not proven’. That’s akin to ‘we know you’re guilty, but we can’t prove it’.

  8. Simon J talking absolute rubbish as always, there are strict terms under which a player could sue, and if it doesn't fall under those (as the lawyer said they need to see the reasoning before making a decision) they cannot. It is not because of some nonsense about what other scrutiny might come out, i mean whats the two years been for if it isn't to scrutinise. What a cretin Jordan is.
