What a load of crap. If there was enough to charge him after a year of "investigating", then he and West Ham lose a year of his career and a potential transfer after charging him, how can there be nothing??
He wasn’t found not guilty or cleared. It was found to be ‘not proven’ which is something different.

Had he been found guilty he would have been kicked out of the game, incurring huge losses no doubt. As he has been found not guilty he should take legal advice against the F.A.
