Diaz has to be sold before the Reds will consider Rodrygo.
Rodrygo will be a big mistake for liverpool. he will be like Coutinho after he went to Barca. Rodrygo was a top player, but he is not anymore.

Hato and Guehi sounds reasonable. Rodrygo with Ekitikè, and then a potential new midfielder (Stiller/Wharton), then we would be settled for years upon years.

Sell Diaz. Sell Chiesa. Buy Rodrygo. Forget Isak. Develop Ekitike. Keep Nunez – he’s on fire at the moment. If Konate wants to go tell Madrid, only if we get Rodrygo. All we need then is a Konate replacement
Personally, I believe if Madrid plays dirty with us regarding Rodrygo, as they are doing with us already with TTA and now Konate, I'd take Gordon/Fofana over it despite liking Rodrygo because Slot and Edwards have no time for bullshit, and they want to get the player as soon as possible to integrate them into the team… Both Gordon (Homegrown) and Fofana (Under 22) would not take foreign player slot, which is another thing to consider for squad planning
Literally these signing only depend on Diaz personally I’d flip him for Rodrigo but prioritise must be in a CB
