      Fofana is the anti-Diaz at this point.

      Also in bizzarro world, we end up overpaying for Diaz and Liverpool uses that money to buy Fofana.

      If this was an actual possibility for any other team except for ours, I would die laughing.

      I do not get this at all. Some people keep saying “relax, the window just opened and closed in over a month”, but even if we end up getting Rodrygo or Xavi, the whole saga has just been a bit embarrassing.
      If we are now at a point where we are looking at players like Fofana for a starting XI, it seems like there are at least 5-10 players of that caliber we could go for.

      If Liverpool don’t sell Diaz to us, they wouldn’t even need Rodrygo nor Fofana.
