    Why is Harry Maguire the most Hated Player Ever?!

    A recent study has brought to light that Harry Maguire and Cristiano Ronaldo are the most hated players in the Premier League. Ronaldo has attracted hate all his life and Maguire has now created quite a big following for himself for a wide variety of reasons which we will now discuss. There was a time when Maguire was considered a hot commodity with the best teams in the Premier League fighting for his signature. Unfortunately, those days are behind us now and the England international is becoming one of the most hated players in the league. Maguire’s performances have been nowhere near the amount of money spent on him and while he wears the captain’s arm band, he doesn’t necessarily lead by example. On top of that, the English international’s recent actions on social media platforms given fans all the more reason to hate him.

      The costs of his transfer, the captaincy of a big club like Manchester United are enormous pressure for Maguire, all that is like a huge bag on his back. I'm sure it weighs on him mentally and it plays on these poor performances… Already I always think he's a correct defender but never a world-class defender as the media said in 2019 and which had the consequence of putting enormous pressure on him.

      The Premier league's a rapists nest. This might be the only crime against ManU, Harry Maguire won't get involved with….Greenwood, Ronaldo, De Gea, Giggs, etc,etc…Along with Man City, Arsenal and the Chelsea's paedos, sure you've got the most terrific lineup in Europe. Possibly in the world….

      Not at all.If compares his style of play and defending technic between national team and club Maguire is the main character for England to win the game.His long pass from the centre to RF /LF and CF is superb amazing. Southgate's England tectical and formation is very suitable and fit to a defender like Maguire in other word Maguire is a pure english defender that need pure english partnership in defend line.The only thing is MU's style of play nowadays it not suitable for defender like him.Maguire should play for clubs like Spurs, Everton or Chelsea.Even You put 10 CR7 in MU and if the styles of play doesn't fit..its useless for a great player and the manager should know better which part of defend lines fits Maguire.Doesn't mean that he is a centre back can't switch to RB or DM.

      As a German Bayern Munich Fan I have to say that the responsible people running this club are only exceeded by their awful fans. Making fun of, booing, threatening their own players is the sort of behaviour that destroys the last reason for great players wanting to play for this legendary club as they cannot expect to win any titles there anyway. Every player has bad phases but only you fans managed to hold Maguire down providing the worst ever environment for a player to find back to his actual strength. Congrats! Moreover, it just shows that the obvious reasons for the club's missing success lies in how the team has been put together. Manchester Untited is actually so bad that singling out individual coaches or players is not enough of an explanation and especially defense is a team effort. Ten Haag comes too late because none of the players he would need to implement a new era of ball possessive dominance WANT to play for a club like Manchester (e.g. De Jong) and desperate transfers (Casemiro) only happen because nobody else offers them that salary anywhere else although they don't fit Ten Haag's system at all. Probably they fire him soon and the next coach has an even more ecclectic team. I wonder which player is booed as the new scapegoat for this shitshow.

      Justified hate to be fair, his run at United since his arrival has been horrible yes he has shown some quality in between and even in Euro he did very well but considering his huge price tag he wasn't very good. Last season he was at his worst and even this season he has been okayish. It's crazy how he has higher value compared to defenders who are actually far better. Maguire seems like an old school defender lacks pace and his positioning sense is meh. Along with the fact his ball playing ability isn't as good as other top CB's. Another reason why he gets the hate because he has too much of ego and should have dropped the captain's arm band a long time ago, The only thing I feel bad about him is that he got death threats which is absolutely unforgivable. As of now I think Eric should give chance to Varane and Martinez as their starting CB and bench Maguire!

      I believe that Signing McGuire was a way for Manchester United to help launder money in someway. There is no way a professional can be this bad on a consistent level.

      spurs fan but Maguire doesn't even come close to Sterling! Diving, missing sitters, having no idea what a good pass looks like. anyone but him in the England team, even Gary Neville was better.
