It's too big a rebuild without loans players. I agree it's a good fix until we get running with the new owners. We need to invest and sell at the right time and stop holding onto players

It’s a no from me for Windass, I just don’t like going back to ex players when we are moving forward. I’d like to see Coady and another striker brought in, I’d take Vardy for a season for sure.

The lazy link given Sheffield Wednesdays predicament to Josh Windass sounds like a lot of hot air but it was trumped by a report in Turkish media that Rangers had submitted a €1m bid for John Lundstram which just smacks of hot air with a smelly brown splash attached.

Martin should know that we couldn't afford his wages last year. He closed the door and threw a hissy fit but it was dependent on Norwich coughing up Matondos wages for a season.

Arthur Okonkwo of Wrexham is someone we should be looking at in goal, 24 in September, he is the right age and only going to get better, he dominates his box and is comfortable with the ball to feet.

Martin could turn himself into a hero if he does well enough especially in Europe he could end up at one of those clubs you mentioned. On the other hand he could bomb big time only time will tell. loan players get you up and running if they work for us great if not then all we lost is the wages and the loan fee.We got Cerny for a 1.5 million loan fee from Wolfsburg maybe a loan deal with an option to buy would be a better move with the loan fee coming off the transfer fee if we buy him. Need to move the dross out even if we take a hit on it Matondo, Dowell., Cifuentes, Davies, Yilmaz, McCausland, and King all need moved on. You can add Dessers, Souttar and Sterling to list if we get a decent fee.

Josh windass is a dickhead he fell out with the supporters told us to be quiet
"Rangers could allow midfielder José Cifuentes to leave Ibrox on a free transfer this summer.
That’s according to Diario Expreso, who report that Cifuentes could be set to depart Rangers on a free because he hasn’t settled with the first team.
They report that despite having a contract with Rangers until 2027, both the club and the midfielder are seeking to terminate it so Cifuentes can negotiate with another team.
A return to MLS could be on the cards, with him still valued after his time at Los Angeles FC. There is also the prospect of him staying in Europe. The newspaper doesn’t name any suitors specifically at this point.
Cifuentes has been at Rangers since a €1.4m move in August 2023 but has only made 20 appearances since then. Last year he joined Cruzeiro on loan before then heading to Aris Saloniki on loan later in the year.
He now doesn’t appear to be in Russel Martin’s plans either and Rangers and the player are said to be discussing a possible termination of his deal so that they can go their separate ways amicably this summer."
