No Maguire, no problems.
Just need to convert elanga into that RWB we need ….and fernandez are a propper backup.
Michael Carrick was statistically the best rfb on FM 14 or 15 if you trained him in that position
I think Dalot works best under bald coaches.. 😆
Back during his loan stint at Milan under Pioli and currently under ETH..
Love your content. 👌🏽
Refreshing to see a video without random dislikes.
Ten Hag is doing what Guardiola has done at Citeh.
Once again great video, really explains the role. Was a bit surprised with your RB choice, was expecting Frimpong or Gusto.
Firpomp will also fit in ten hag system
Lets be honest, since his loan from Milan, he become a much better player.
Are you united fan?
Listening to this, it feels like Wingers like Sancho and Antony being more similar to Wide Midfielders like Giggs and Figo from back in the day, staying wide and more creative rather than their chronological predecessors like Salah and Bale who were basically goalscorers who'd drift in. This is turning the fullbacks staying somewhat deeper (not as much as they did in Giggs and Figo's era) than present day attacking fullbacks like Hakimi and Trent and would focus more on carrying the ball or their vision to pass it rather than their crossing ability. Then requiring somewhat more defensive contribution than what is currently expected of the two aforementioned fullbacks.
Think this will suit someone like Reece James perfectly.
wow Terry Cooper is back in fashion. Just wonder, if i am the opponent, would i just play a traditional winger to exploit this?
Dalot has always been good. Not a lot of under 23 right backs better than him
I love these looks at intelligent transfers United will never sign
Great content mate – would love to see both those fullbacks at Utd, more Brazilians! I hope you're getting this content onto Tik Tok to get the big views
Tbh, I think in the next few years we would see more DM/CM moved into fullback role just because their passing and technical attribute fulfill the iwb position. Even in Trent cases he was previously a central midfielder
One of the best channels for football analysis. Very underrated
I believe TAA should be the central right midfielder as he is becoming liability at rightback.
Valverde of Real Madrid truly a classy RB-RM
I don't think we need another LB.. Malacia is coming along nicely n Shaw is a good backup
🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍💯🤍🤍
Though Dalot has improved, I think his crossing still needs work. Plus he and Antony have to link up well to make right wing effective as Antony has got both pace and dribbling skills.
I can't help but think Shaw would cook in this position if he could maintain his fitness
I still think dalot is shit, he loses the ball so much with runs that are going nowhere and poorly executed passes, he can’t defend well but he makes a couple tackles and goes mental so everyone is blinded by the ‘passion’
How about gusto?
If Dalot really works on his game movement he could play as a winger .
It shows Ole was unwilling to play Dalot but willing to stick with Wan-Bissaka who is not the player we signed. I knew from day 1 Dalot will be a good player. He just needs to improve on his defensive awareness then we have a gem of a player.
🤣🤣🤣 never watched ten hag then? You're miles off
Alvaro Fernandez looks like a similar style of player like Theo Hernandez. Should be back up to Malacia next season! (Although I'd love Theo at United!)
yeah dalot and malacia is good for now we dont have money to spend at the moment we need midfielder striker and maybe then we can buy one of them for now we should focus on getting midfielder that is needed at the moment and also a striker and then we can look to strengthen the squad even further. Thats my opinion of everything heard and know at the moment
I believe the concept of a modern fullback who can go forward, and attack along with playing as a winger or a midfielder at a time isn’t fairly new when you see players Denis Irwin or Ashley Cole or Roberto Carlos, Carlos was more menace on the left side that Figo at times, with his shot power and crossing. Marcelo & Dani Alves are the most complete full-back in the modern-day games. Alex Telles showed some of that Brazilian magic but lacked in a defensive role, similar to what Jesus Navas and Ashley Young saw at times.
