Hang on Simon, at the point Roy Keane felt it necessary to randomly humiliate James Maddison, Madders was 2nd on the list for goal involvements in the Premier League this season for a midfielder. Behind only Cole Palmer who had played nearly 1,000 minutes more. In fact Maddison had played fewer minutes than all other midfielders in the top 12! And he was 2nd on that list…

He only didn't play as he was injured. Odd that he clearly takes great pleasure in a guy being injured for a final. Maddison has been central to Spurs winning this cup, make no mistake about that. Had an excellent season. I like Simon Jordan, but he's let himself down on this one. A bit more humility needed.
