      Fulham need at least 4 new sighnings mainly 2 solid defenders, otherwise they will finish rock bottom in PL.. Reality check for them.

      Benfica is trying to sell players that could actually improve Fulham's team. Pizzi, Taarabt, A.Almeida, Chiquinho, D. Gonçalves, Vertonghen, R. Pinho would be good 1st choices and some good for bench. I think 20M it's enough for all of them. For loan you should try S. Soares, T. Araujo, P. Bernardo., T. Gouveia are good academy players with some senior experience.

      Fulham has got to be one my favourite english teams and I wish them a good season this year but, I don't know if those 4 in defense are first team choices, but they're NOT good for fulham, hope u guys improve there…What is Tony doing ???

      I can't understand how the guys who played against nice were not played they were fantastic, that goal line clearance was insane. When certain players play in big games we get fudged. How Tim ream got a year contract I'll never know and Tete Jesus. Must get down to paddy power any game ream plays we'll concede and lose, that backline will get battered and gazzaniga Jesus Christ. As of now 2 players signed since we secured promotion in the middle of April . Could be grim viewing.

      My goodness I've never in my 15 years as a Fulham fan seen an overreaction to transfer issues like this. I get we are having problems but its clear the club know what's going on more than the fans, we can't know what they have planned in full. But we've got offers for Mbabu which is close to going through and now submitted a loan to buy offer for wingback Maxwell Cornet.

      As I've always said, we need to invest in our defence. Even spend a shit load on 1 star defender and then the others will boost their game playing around them.

      Total defensive shambles from Fulham. Poor marking. Poor positioning. Free headers allowed. Oh, Tosin for the fifth, just welly it, don't pass to a player under pressure. Serious question about the coaching at this level.

      “Buy 2 new centre backs. Get a left back in. Sort out a new goalkeeper.” Yup, simple. That’s what’ll do it. Easy when you know how.

      Except that last time we got promoted we bought two very good centre backs, a pretty decent left back, an exceptional goalkeeper and an Ola Aina. We tightened up defensively to the point where we were pretty solid – not the laughing stock that was predicted. And we still got relegated, handily.

      Preseason is for fitness and getting back into the groove and understanding your teammates. We’re playing superior opposition in testing circumstances. Benfica got to the quarter finals of the Champions League and gave Liverpool a hell of a go. 5-1 is not great, but that’s partly the point. We’ll almost certainly lose handily to Liverpool in 3 weeks. We almost certainly would do if we already had 2 new centre backs, a new left back, an Mbabu and a goalkeeper. We might still get relegated. But we might not. Relax, everyone. Have fun.

      blimey!! we need a new RB. Stop giving Ream a hard time – them first 3 goals were all Tete. He was playing Champo League semi final the other season what has happened!!!!

      The whole team needs strengthening that’s clear ..they cannot have another embarrassing season in the premier league…the defending is shocking and the premier league is unforgiving..

      It is not to be expected that a Champions League team like Benfica will have difficulties against Fulham, without taking merit from the opponent because they come from a superior league as the premier league proves to be! They were good but they have some aspects to consolidate, with time and confidence everything goes into place.
