Catterall wouldn't be disappointed if he looked at the situation objectively. The AJ Wilder fight basically fell thru because it transpired that Frank Warren was secretly helping team Wilder with the contract….blatant sabotage!…then shock horror they have three fights and both call out/mock AJ constantly during this absolute filthy con on boxing!

If it doesn’t happen then all the boxing fans and public should NOT pay for any other fights that Fury or Joshua have. Let’s him them in the pocket. For me Joyce fights Usyk next as mandatory and Fury gets the cold shoulder. Usyk has the most titles and will be the greatest, fury and Joshua are over and done with.

Not a fan of how tyson has handled this but the only real way I see this fight not happening is joshua. If joshua truly wants it he will tell his team to sign the damn contract not mess around with little details.
Until boxing comes under one international governing body then this will keep on happening.
DAZN said NO to this fight happening. They have made a big investment in boxing and now Joshua is their big signing the last thing they want is another Joshua loss and potential beating. Not good for rebuilding the Joshua brand.

Boxing could be the best sport in the world if it wasn’t for this nonsense all the time. Bowe throwing his belt in the bin instead of fighting Lewis, Tyson fighting Lewis way past his prime, Mayweather vs Pacquiao 5 years too late and the same with Brook Vs Khan, Crawford doesn’t even have a promoter so it’s an easy fight to make vs Spence and still nothing and now this nonsense with Fury and AJ. Losing all interest.
They are creating content to keep the world thinking about boxing… All the fans drink it up… 'will he sign'..'wont he sign'… They know fans love these back & forth 'negotiations'….. Its entertainment to keep boxing relevant.

To make this a football analogy:
Fury and Queensbury are top of the Premier league, trying to win a game that is currently 0-0.
AJ and Eddie are the team in the relegation zone, taking two minutes for throw-ins, taking their time over goal kicks… Frustrating fans – and showing really poor sportsmanship.
As soon as this fight was in the "making" , I and many others KNEW Eddie was going to run down the clock – and offer nothing but excuses, or blame – and unfortunately… Tyson in trying to apply pressure, gave Calvin Candie the very excuse he was looking for to stall and publically claim the other side are unreasonable.
Boycott AJ and his fights! don't shop at DAZN, don't give them your money, (sound familiar?) because if they're going to rip you off, while pretending that what AJ is going to be doing constitutes top level heavyweight boxing, they'll fool no-one! Will he fight Fury? Wilder? Usyk again? Even Joyce?
Don't hold your breath! He's going to beat up some journeymen, then they're going to create a contrived rivalry between AJ and Whyte to keep all winners in the Matchroom stable, stay on DAZN – and have no dealings with Queensbury to protect his cash cow.
Eddie Hearn is a scurrilous rat – and boxing would be much better off if he was out of the picture.
