losing Ibou is a massive massive blow no matter which way you look at it
Can't say about injuries but he has been a consistent performer this season… Just my opinion

Ibou is bigger and stronger. Guehi is more versatile, technically better and fulfill the English player quota. Depending what you need. still the key would be whether Konate is planning to sign new contract or not. If not, then sell

Konate is a better all round defender but Guehi has more room for Improvement.
I don't think we need to compare who is better…We need a cb…Van Dijk won't be younger and also injury can happen.Konate can replace Van Dijk in long term if he wants but also need the other cb.Guehi is perfect pair for Konate or Van Dijk.

Sell konate ASAP and sign guehe and inacio or hato if needed
Guehi is better and more reliable. Less injury prone, less likely to make a mistake, despite being smaller he’s less likely to be bullied, seems to have a better personality, doesn’t seem to have a godly opinion of his own abilities that far exceed his actual ability
Sell Konate if he wants to go, no more players walking on a free.
