Louisville City FC, who will begin it’s second season in the United Soccer League in March, announced their second offseason signing on Wednesday. Mark-Anthony Kaye, a midfielder out of the Toronto FC Academy, will join Louisville City after the Club’s historic inaugural regular season and run to the Eastern Conference final.
