Sadly I fell asleep. Just watched the highlights… what did we do to deserve Olise? Also what happened to Jamal? 🙁

Watched the full game replay. Went to sleep last night.
Went back to the comments and some of the reactionary comments are shocking.
For me at least. Kompany motivated the boys vs a very difficult environment and team. They were prepared. They took out the sting of the game when needed.
We were bit wasteful to put the game away as is very common Bayern trait. And Offcoruse they score immediately on a bad positioning by Tah and also Stanisic going in to wild.
Some positives I want to highlight. I mean Olise goes without saying. But Laimer man. This guy is build for these kind of games.
Coman apart from final
Product goal/assist was very very good yesterday. Credit where credit is due.
I also loved the Stanisic touch on the ball. His technique is so good. I really would love to see him next to Kimmich in the midfield at some point.
But I don’t understand the shitting on Kompany, yesterday wasn’t a game you ad a youngster to.
The only thing I’m ok him getting criticized for is playing Goretzka. But it’s not like Pavlovic lit it up with his minutes.

Some of the comments from our game on /r/soccer are hillarious, like this one from the Kane goal:
> Bayern the kinda guy that would two foot a 9 year old in a charity match because how else is the little twat gonna learn?
I love the CWC, the south americans love it, I love it, the only ones who don’t love it, are Barcelona, Arsenal, Liverpool and Bundesliga fans that will be in shambles if we win it.

Injury aside, Musiala was dreadful. Kept dribbling aimlessly and losing the ball every time. He needs to learn how to keep the ball moving instead of holding on to it for so long. We immediately improved once Mueller was subbed in.
I also loved how Sane showed 110% commitment even though he is leaving in a week. Tracked back like usual, combined well with Olise and made sure that Boca did not get possession for long.
Makes me wonder whether we are going to find a better replacement than him.
