Konate have spoken about him not getting enough recognition because he plays alongside VVD.
I wouldn't classify him as a top CB, yet. Failed to step up when he isn't playing alongside VVD. Had a fair few iffy performances this season tbh. Expected more from him. Also, there are doubts that he can't play every 3 days.
I think he has an eye on heading back to Paris with PSG, especially since PSG is thriving under Luis Enrique. RM of course is an option too.
