Arsenal desperate / need a striker now? This is why I hate pub talk pundits. Eddie is on 200k a week for a reason. He’s scored huge goals for arsenal and has always stepped up when needed. The lack of respect for certain players is astounding. Jesus is out til early to mid feb. Get in a winger and play Martinelli as a false 9 there when Eddie needs a rest. No chance. Hes turning 30 soon, has a history of injury problems which are only going to get worse and would cost a record breaking fee. If he was free or available for a reasonable fee then sure but thats not on the cards anytime soon.
